You should add a web page that is the equivalent of the bulletin board in your reception room. You can call it "Hear From Our Happy Customers" - Here's the first installment for you:

Last October I had my first wreck in more than 35 years of driving. Fortunately the only things hurt were my car and my ego. A series of calls from my car phone took me, in the tow truck with my banged up car, to Werner's where Eric proceeded to assure me - I mean really assure me - that both were totally fixable. He was so right. I felt better right away and my car was magically transformed from a mangled mess to it's former glory. Everyone at Werner's seems hell bent on making your car right and making you feel great about being there and they all do a fabulous job.

Flash to this August when I managed to scrap my two week old car against a concrete pillar. The damage was so slight that when I took it in to show Eric yesterday, I almost couldn't find it. But it was there and I knew it. A little paint, a little buffing and some big smiles from the Werner's team and all was right again. They even washed it and wouldn't charge me.

I don't want to ever crunch my metal again, but if I do, I'm heading right to Werner's Crash Shop. They are the best!

RE: my terrific 1992 green Camry

I want to thank you for the courteous and helpful service that I received from all three companies recently.

My Camry was hit in the middle of the night while it was parked by my house.  I called PEMCO and talked to Lanila.  I hope that I am spelling her name correctly.  She was very sympathetic, which really surprised me since she must hear similar stories hourly, but she really made me feel that she could help me and she surely did.  Within an hour a tow truck picked up the car at my house and she had arranged to have me picked up at work by an employee of Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

The fellow that picked me up that night was amazing.  I'm sorry I don't remember his name, but he's a recent college graduate from California, living on Queen Anne.  He found me even that I have given him a nonexistent street number, and drove me downtown, then drove me back to Bush School to get my purse, which I had forgotten, then drove me downtown again.  I kept him and others in the office overtime, and I am very sorry about that.  It was above and beyond the call of duty - especially on Valentine's day.

Eric from the Body Shop called me frequently to keep me informed when the parts arrived, when the car would be ready, and any delays. When I expressed concern over my wonderful car never being quite the same again, he assured me it would be as good as new, if not better. And it is.  I also appreciated being able to leave the rental car there and knowing it would be returned for me.

I appreciate the professionalism, concern and workmanship of all involved.

This is the second time you've fixed my Honda Civic.  The first time was a major front end rebuild, and the second was a minor clean-up-after-thieves repair.  Both times I was impressed and delighted by your attention to detail and the care you took to make my car better-than-new.  But beyond the craftsmanship and expertise displayed by you and your technicians, I also have to say that Eric's customer service was huge part of why I'm so pleased with the service I received.

Eric let me know what was happening all along, from the dealers sending the wrong part to the extra damage missed by the insurance adjuster.
